CRAEVEN seeks to create heirloom jewellery pieces that people cannot breathe without. Originally from New Zealand, the designer came to Europe to study European art from 1400 to 1600, what they believe to be the most brilliant period of technical prowess and artistic achievement. The result is a historically influenced jewellery collection made using the lost wax casting method, incorporating 925 silver that can also be gold plated, semi-precious stones, zirkonia and enamel. Pieces can also be made of solid gold. Each piece aims to express current cultural ideas and feelings, not seek attention.
