Depending on where you live, your shipment time may vary.
Domestic shipping may take between 1-2 days.
European shipping may take between 3-5 days.
Worldwide shipping may take between 5-15 days.
To return your product, you should mail your product with the complete return order form to: X BANK, Spuistraat 172, 1012 VT Amsterdam
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive an exchanged product, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your exchanged product.
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. X BANK only exchanges a product upon availability, when the product or size is no longer available, a refund will be made via bank transfer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return in store, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To complete your return via shipping, we require a complete return order form that was sent with your shipment.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or brand, X BANK is responsible for its own online shop.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon availability. If your damaged or defective product is no longer in stock, a refund will be made. Please complete the return order form or e-mail us at email@example.com.

Third parties and other information
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
When you have given your consent to receive updates and invitations for exhibitions and events, your information is shared with Mail Chimp. Mail Chimp is a marketing automation platform and allows us to send you personalized emails. Mail Chimp stores your data in their database that has the appropriate measures to protect your data.
We will collect your personal data through the above mentioned ways for the goals set out in this privacy statement. Your information will be stored for providing service and/or for marketing purposes.
